We endeavor to make our rooms as comfortable as possible. All rooms are decorated in a fresh contemporary style and our beds and big fluffy towels are frequently praised by guests for the comfort that they provide.  Every room provides

• LCD TV with FreeView digital channels
• iPod dock/DAB radio with alarm feature
• Free wi-fi broadband access
• Central heating
• Eden toiletries
• Hair dryer
• Complementary hospitality tray with tea, coffee, decaffeinated coffee and Borders biscuits.

Your own set of keys will ensure access at all times.

Our rooms comprise:

Room 1 – a comfortable room with one double bed and en suite shower and toilet.

Room 2 – a family room with one double, one single bed and en suite shower and toilet.  There is space for an additional folding single bed if needed and in this configuration the room is suitable for a family of 4 or groups of 3 adults.

Room 3 – a pleasant twin room offering two single beds and a private shower/toilet.

Room 4 – a spacious double room with en suite power-shower and toilet.  This room has space for an additional folding full-size single bed in which configuration it is suitable for a small family group or as a twin room for two adults.

Room 5 – a pleasant room with three single beds and en suite power-shower and toilet.

We have a cot and high chair for use by the youngest member of your party.

For overseas visitors the term twin means two beds each for one person, and this type of room is suitable for two people. A double room means one standard size double bed for two people. A single person occupying a double/twin room will incur a surcharge.

Breakfast @EdenGate

Included in the price of your room is breakfast.  This comprises:

• your choice from our buffet which offers juices, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, toast and tea or coffee
• plus your selection from the following cooked items:

British bacon, Cumberland sausage, free-range eggs (fried, poached or scrambled), fresh tomato, mushrooms, beans

We also offer vegetarian options and, given prior notice, are happy to cater for other dietary needs.

We will ask you for your breakfast order the evening before, so  that we can cook everything fresh and to your requirements.

In the evening - @EdenGate is within 5 minutes level walk of a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and hotels offering a great selection of meals.  Choose from British, French, italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican or Thai and from a bar meal to a la carte dining.
